Confirmation
A letter confirming enrollment, information on local hotels with special workshop rates, area maps and transportation information will be mailed or faxed to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Registrants who wish to cancel may

• transfer registration to a colleague within the same organization; or
• request a full refund (minus a $75 processing fee) by June 2, 2008. No refunds will be made after June 2, 2008.

CEUs
Three-day workshop participants will receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
